Nancy Vande Zandschulp, 61, of Sioux Center, IA died Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Sioux Center Community Hospital.
A visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8PM, with the family present from 6-8PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.
A prayer service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday at 10:15AM at First Reformed Church of Sioux Center. Interment will follow the prayer service in Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00AM at First Reformed Church with Rev. Roger Voskuil officiating. The Vande Zandschulp family prefers memorials be directed to Sioux Center Home Health & Hospice.
