Gary G. Gearke, 70, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at his home following a courageous two year battle with cancer. A Celebration of Life service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 3, 2014 at Rejoice! Community Church in Le Mars. Rev. Tony De La Rosa will officiate. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. The family will be present from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the service on Monday.
