Faye Van Leeuwen, 87, of Le Mars passed away on Sunday, August 7,
2016 at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars. Funeral services will take place at
11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Calvin Christian Reformed Church in Le
Mars. Dr. Nevada DeLapp will officiate. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory
Gardens in Le Mars. Visitation will be from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the
church. Faye’s grandchildren will be her pallbearers. The Mauer – Johnson Funeral
Home in Le Mars is assisting Faye’s family with funeral arrangements. Expressions
