Remsen St. Mary’s Football Qualifies For State Tournament

(Remsen) — Second ranked Remsen St. Mary’s Hawks had to come from behind in order to beat Audubon Wheelers in 8-Man football Quarterfinal action Friday evening.  The Hawks soared in the latter part of the game to win by the score of 42 – 27 which now qualifies them to participate in the State Tournament Semi-finals held at the UNI Dome at Cedar Falls.  Remsen St. Marys will face Montezuma for a game scheduled for Thursday, November 12th at 9:00 a.m.
