(Le Mars) — Cross Fit gym, located on Prospect Street near Cork-It held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house Tuesday afternoon. More than 30 guests and members attended the ribbon cutting ceremony. Justin Daale is one of the owners of the work out facility. He says Cross Fit is designed to adapt to everyone of all ages, and of all abilities.
