Sensory friendly trunk-or-treating event to take place at Le Mars YMCA

A “sensory friendly” trunk-or-treat event is planned for Le Mars. Dr. Andrea Loutsch says the event will take place Friday evening in the Le Mars YMCA parking lot from 5-7 p.m.

She told KLEM that a variety of treats will be offered.

Dr. Loutsch says this is an inclusive event, offered to all who are looking for a safer, quieter place to trick or treat.

The Friday evening event is sponsored by Inclusive Connections in cooperation with the Le Mars YMCA.
