(Le Mars) — Le Mars city workers have been busy installing holiday-themed lights on street lamps and replacing the welcome banners with those that are also celebrating the holidays. The Le Mars Holiday Open House is scheduled this week through Saturday. Several retail businesses are offering discounts and sales this week.
