(Le Mars) — Construction is now completed on the new north addition of the Floyd
Valley Healthcare facility, and as a way to help celebrate the opening of the new
clinic and surgical unit, Floyd Valley is inviting the public to attend an open
house scheduled for Wednesday, May 18th. Floyd Valley Administrator Mike Donlin
says the public can view the facilities late Wednesday afternoon and early evening.
Donlin says there are still some things that need to be finished with the new
addition, but for the most part the new addition is ready for business.
The Floyd Valley Administrator offers some advice as to where people should park and
enter the new structure.
The Floyd Valley Family Clinic opened its doors on May 2nd, and Donlin says he has
heard nothing but positive comments.
Donlin says the first surgery to take place in the new facilities may happen
sometime in mid-June.
