Good Friday

As part of its “Crisis in Ukraine” series, “Pilgrimage for Peace” will be the theme of the annual Good Friday Pilgrimage at the Plymouth County Historical Museum in Le Mars. The Rev. Dr. Klaus Raab, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Hinton, and The Rev. Daniel Mapur, pastor of Grace Sudanese Lutheran Mission in Le Mars, will each speak on peace and pray for peace in the world. The Religious Heritage Room will open at 11 a.m. on Good Friday for private prayer and meditation before the pastors’ remarks beginning at noon, and will be open until 5 p.m. for quiet reflection after the prayers conclude.  Everyone is welcome to participate in the “Pilgrimage for Peace.” The Plymouth County Historical Museum, located at 335 1st Ave. SW, is fully accessible and admission is free, although donations are gladly accepted.
