LAURSEN TEACHES ART AT FRANKLIN ELEMENTARY
Sculptor Annie Laursen has been working with third and fourth grade students at Franklin Elementary School in Le Mars. She’s showing the students how to work with clay, and telling them about opportunities for a career in art. Here’s some of the students and their work.
Laursen was asked to come to Franklin and work with the third and fourth graders there. Her visits are funded by a grant from the Le Mars Community Schools Music Boosters.
