Brenda Baack, an ELL Instructional Aide at Le Mars Community Middle School, is the LCSD employee of the month.
Colleagues say Baack is “A huge asset to the middle school staff. She is hardworking, caring, and dedicated to the students she serves.” Another colleague says “Brenda Is always willing to go with the flow and help wherever she is needed most. She is a difference maker here at LCMS and I am so grateful to have her on our ELL team!”
After being awarded the honor, Baack was Grateful for her coworkers and community. She said, “I feel like I work with the best of the best. You’re all top notch and it’s just a wonderful environment.”
