PEREZ 2024 1st Quarter Boos of the Quarter
Jacque Perez, the executive director of the LeMars YMCA team has been honored as the LeMars Area Chamber of Commerce 2024 1st Quarter Boss of the Quarter.
Jacque started working for the LeMars YMCA 15 years ago. In that time, Jacque has transitioned from a member to a supervisor, associate manager, and was recently promoted to CEO. She is well-respected and favored due to her willingness to schedule around their personal lives.
Since 2023, Jacque has stepped up considerably and took on additional responsibility, from making the YMCA a friendly place for kids and adults. Her willingness to work with the community’s needs and wants is tremendous. She also finds time for her family of 6 from traveling basketball to dance.
Her YMCA team says Jacque is willingness to troubleshoot and assist with any issue, from plumbing leaks, to fixing cardio equipment, to making the YMCA look clean and fresh. She leads by example and promotes a positive culture that empowers the full team.
Jacque is an advocate for LeMars businesses, and people that make this community great.
