The Iowa Football Coaches Association has released their seven classes of Academic All-State teams. Our area Plymouth County programs have earned 11 academic all-state honors. They are listed below by school.
The following criteria was used in selection:
- Player must be a senior starter
- Player must have a cumulative GPAC of 3.7 or better at the end of their junior year
- Player must be involved in other extra-curricular activities
- The Head Coach must recommend the player
