The Iowa Girls Coaches Association has released the 2024 All-District Softball teams. Plymouth County was well-represented in the northwest district teams for their successes during the season. They are listed below.
Class 1A All-Northwest District:
Makenzie Hughes (Jr.) – Akron-Westfield
Larissa Pohlen (Sr.) – Gehlen Catholic
Mya Bunkers (Sr.) – Remsen St. Mary’s
Halle Galles (Sr.) – Remsen St. Mary’s
Marina Cronin (Sr.) – Remsen St. Mary’s
Coach of the Year: Monte Harpenau (Remsen St. Mary’s)
Class 2A All-Northwest District:
Ashlyn Kovarna (Sr.) – Hinton
Karlyn Kovarna (So.) – Hinton
Jorja Howe (Sr.) – Kingsley-Pierson/River Valley
Class 4A All-Northwest District:
