(Le Mars) — Hundreds of people gathered to watch the Memorial Day Parade followed with the annual “Avenue of Flags” ceremony held at the Plymouth County Courthouse grounds on Monday. Mother Nature helped the attendance by providing near perfect ideal weather conditions with sunny skies, moderate temperatures, and a gentle blowing southwest breeze.
