Robert Webb of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 11, 2011.  Robert recently received the Distinguished Service  Award for 27 years as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Kiwanis Club.  He may pick-up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
