Bruce Norgaard of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for September 26, 2012.  Bruce is retiring after 40 years with Wells Enterprise and today he is celebrating his birthday.  He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
