Hilma Person of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 28, 2012.  Hilma is employed at Dr. Jeneary as a Dental Hygenist and today is celebrating her 55th birthday.  She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
