NASHVILLE – The Pittsburgh Steelers are 7-4 after rallying from a 24-13 deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the Titans 27-24 in Tennessee. Ben Roethlisberger’s (RAWTH’-lis-bur-gurz) 12-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Brown put the Steelers ahead with 9:01 remaining. La’Veon Bell sparked the comeback with a five-yard TD run and finished with 204 yards on 33 carries.

SIOUX CITY — Morningside’s record-setting running back, Brendon Wegher, has been named the G-P-A-C Offensive-Player-of-the-Year for 2014. The former Heelan standout rushed for a school-record 1960 yards and scored 33 touchdowns to lead the Mustangs to the G-P-A-C title. Greg Hegstad, a linebacker with Northwestern, has been named the G-P-A-C Defensive-Player-of-the-Year. Morningside senior defensive lineman and former Gehlen athlete, Devin Groenhagen, was named to the second team All-G-P-A-C squad. Morningside’s Jason Vander Kooi, a former Hinton standout, was named honorable mention.
